Would you like to help improve the quality of the AIG training programme in the Netherlands? The NSGH is looking for committed AIGs who, as visitor want to visit a teaching hospital.
Together with a fellow inspector, you will assess the training programme at a hospital. You will speak with junior doctors and trainers and help identify ways in which the training programme can be further strengthened. You will be carefully matched with a suitable assessment partner; new assessors are mentored by experienced colleagues and, where necessary, training is available through the RGS.
Time commitment
- ± 2 hours’ preparation
- visit to the hospital (half a morning)
- ± 2 hours before the report
Reimbursement
€400 per visit + travel expenses.
With a group of 12–16 visitors, you’ll spend an average of once a year during the review. An inspiring and valuable way to contribute to the future of the AIG programme.
